Design my site

We are needing someone to design and build and up load a new business venture involved in exporting Thai products to Europe. We want to be able to sell via a shopping cart, have pro forma shipping invoices, customer data base creation and ensure that hosting package allows for makimum exposure. we are happy to re launch the site with larger design budget after initial response has been verified.
