Build a very small Delphi Client/Server with NTLM Auth

We are looking for a very simple Delphi Client/Server application (using default Delphi XE or below controls if required - JEDI also allowed if needed) where the user opens the client application and the application uses NTLM Passthrough to authenticate them against the Active Directory using NTLM Auth. The server requires nothing more than a way to authenticate the user using NTLM and authenticating against a specified Active Directory Server using the specifications below either NetrLogonSamLogonWithFlags or NetrLogonSamLogonEx.
