CHESS GAME IM STANDARD

We want Chess Game (Proffered platform Visual Studio platform). We want it project and compiled both format. But the quality of has to be IM Standard or more. We will have the complete copy right. But we will have contract with you for further development and bug finding/repair. We are not much interested in graphics. Because it will not be commercially sold. You will have to provide development tips to our programmers for further development.
