I have a lot experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VPN connections inter and intra sites. I'm Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 1999 and currently MCSA and Azure Solution Architect Certified, too. I was Hyper-V specialist for Microsoft in Argentina and today I work for Microsoft Latin-American region as Azure Cloud Solution Architect, delivering hybrid infrastructure and management solutions. I would like to discuss with you some critical points (in my opinion) in your project: - What kind of VPN device are you using? (Or just RRAS?) - What kind of VPN tunnel are you implementing? IPsec? PPTP? L2TP? Any specific authentication protocol? - What is the link bandwidth between sites? - What is the forest and domain level? - Do you have multiple domains? - How many sites and how many DC per site do you have? - Could you estimate how many GPO do you have? - Are you using only Hyper-V Management Console or are you using System Center Virtual Machine Manager?
