Developing an Automatic Document Template for Microsoft Word using VBA.

Freelance Project involves developing an Automatic Document Template for Microsoft Word using VBA. Document template will be based upon Word document provided with highlighted sections that will be automatically filled out from a Microsoft Word User form. The template document will be a company Health and Safety document for our electrical and security contracting companies. The User Form will include labelled text box fields to insert appropriate text into correct positions throughout the Microsoft Word template. The User Form will be a simple GUI created in VBA to allow quick entry of required details in text field boxes. A drop down list type field will be used in one section of the document. Freelancer must carefully design GUI so that corresponding data within the text document (name, contact number, role etc) are matched on form. This could be achieved by keeping fields on same line or by using a frame etc. An overview of the entire document should be undertaken as some input details (Project name, Site Foreman etc) are repeated during the document and should be fed from one field on the GUI. Dates style field boxes should be used where applicable. User Form will include a button to save a PDF copy of the completed Word Template and a text box to name the saved PDF document. GUI should be capable of working in both Windows and Mac.
