Convert Mandrill account to MailChimp

I need to convert my Mandrill (email forwarding software) account to a MailChimp add-on so the email and contact forms that run through my website continues to function. I have a free MailChimp account, but my website needs to be VERIFIED, and have valid DKIM and SPF settings. I do not know how to complete the verification process or how to validate the DKIM or SPF settings, so I require someone to complete these tasks for me. My website is built in Wordpress, using WooThemes plugins. I have used Mandrill to handle my contact forms. Now we are required to merge our Mandrill accounts with a paid MailChimp account (which I have a free version of at the moment - I will upgrade to a paid version during the merge). Mandrill have provided step by step instructions to complete the merge (see link below), however I do not have the skills to complete the VERIFICATION and validate DKIM and SPF settings.
