What I can offer here is to setup wordpress multisite for you but cannot offer tutoring on how to use wordpress cms. I myself haven't been using it as a blogger etc... I know wordpress really well - I've been using it the past 5 years. I'm mostly a backend guy. I'm very good at databases and integration. So I feel I could fairly easily integrate the core, outside wordpress, functions into one package and still have WP interface with them.
