Project would need to be done 1 week earlier than planned, please explain which activities you would shorten and draw a new network diagram showing the forward and backward pass calculations (The Network Diagram Must be done in Excel. It must show the activity node values for the forward and backward pass) as well as the critical path. Please include the group’s original network diagram as an appendix IF one was done by the group. Deadline 2 hours maximum. Budget 8$ total. No negotiation of any kind. Dont bid if you cant start right now. Thanks
