*Subject : THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTICES AND EMPLOYEE RETENTION IN WITHIN GBM *Structure : Chapter1: Introduction Chapter2: Literature Review Chapter4: Methodology Chapter 5: Results, analysis and findings Chapter 6: Discussion – designing an improvement to the situation Chapter 7: Recommendations/conclusions Appendix A Requirements/Questionnaire Appendix B Design Documents Appendix C Evaluation Results References *Number of workds : 16000-18000 *Number of References as recommended * Chapters 1-3 been drafted. * The used methodologies are : quantitative ( see appendix A) & Qualitative ( see appendix B) * First: Review the written chapters (introduction , Literature Review , Methodology) I welcome any changes/amendments to support the above chapters and taking into considerations my supervisor's comments. Review the literature review and add more subjects if needed to support my dissertation. Review the proposed methodology & questionnaires, *Secondly : complete the rest of dissertation.
