I am seeking an opportunity to utilize my vast experience of administrative support and customer service skills in Real Estate field. I welcome opportunities to learn, advance and continue to grow in experience and my knowledge base.
Presently, I work as an Independent Contractor, providing clerical support in various capacities to small business owners. I have my Real Estate license and I have experience using Top Producer, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), compiling CMA’s (Comparable Marketing Analysis) and conducting property searches. I have experience using Microsoft Word, Access and ACT; I have also used Excel, QuickBooks, PowerPoint and Outlook on a limited basis.
If given the opportunity, I would like to show that I am a quick study and can master most programs, since the basis for each is similar in its basic user application.
