New Small Unit US$9670.00 each ex-works and Tax were applicable to buy. 3. Orders of 10 plus new Small units the price is US$6382.00 each ex-works and Tax where applicable [login to view URL] Unit rentals from Manufacturer by the week - US$644.00 each plus Tax where applicable shipping to and from the location. (this option looks interesting) 5. We do 3-month advance seasonal leasing for US$2578.00 each plus Tax where applicable shipping to and from the location. (these options look interesting?) 6. We do 5-month seasonal leasing for US$3545.00 each plus tax where applicable shipping to and from the location (this option looks interesting?) Here are the figures for the Larger Detached Accommodation units for sale to California 7. Property Owners for rental, includes beds and all showering and wash facilities. 1. (3.5m x 5m) - US$45125.00 plus tax, shipping. 2. (6m x 7.5m) - US$54000.00 plus tax and shipping. 3. (3.5m x 7.5m) - US$51575.00 plus tax and shipping There will be some minor additional fees that would come into play and it would be good to see how you would approach this for us.

I propose to generate cash flow estimates for each option and calculate a present value.
