Remote work: there are many options that will allow you to share your backup file (free options; this option has issues, which I will discuss in #2 below) OR serve as a remote server (at a small fee or free 30-day trial; due to issues mentioned in #2, this is a better option). I have worked with a variety of options that will keep your personal computer information safe & private. 2. QB Acct 2013: I can work with this software. However, due to backing up the files and uploading it, there are sometimes issues (ex: client sends file to Accountant; Accountant makes changes, client starts using file, Accountant uploads new file which does not include client's changes). Sorry for the confusion, but I have seen this happen very often. This is mainly a TIMING and COMMUNICATION issue (and requires that BOTH the ACCOUNTANT and CLIENT stay organized and informed regarding the MOST RECENT FILE).
