Hello. Generating RSA key is not a much proble. But it is not obvious where key is needed there to login on provided link. I just can assume that may be it is about HTTPS client verification. Please give more details on where you need to login and how, what issues you are having now.

Hello, If the description is accurate (you need a key generated) this really isn't too complicated - probably not worth the budget you have allocated honestly. Ubuntu includes a utility to generate an RSA key for you. I can do this for you for cheaper than the mentioned priced (we can discuss it on chat), but I can't bid below the specified range.
