I think you want to build a product something similar to quick books. I will need 1. invoice formats 2. Emails account 3. which payment gateway you want to use? and more that will be discussed later on. This will be an online billing and invoicing system through mobile app where small business owner can use the app and make the billing and invoice for their client . Also there will have a features where business owner can send the invoice to their client and can track it . This is kind of basic concept what I understood .
