Java android app with TTS apis

Hello freelancers! We want to create a java app with basic UI that will make use of 6 TTS apis. Basically we want to make a comparison of those apis through our app based on some criteria mention in the description. Therefore we will with the deliverables, the code, the presentation of the app and the final conclusions ofthe comparison between the apps. The deadline is in 25 January and budget aprox $40AUD.
