Build fluid high quality animation/video from the provided stages of animation

Hello, I am looking for an animator. That can take our sketch and great fluid and high-quality animation that represents tree growth from just a leaf, to a full-grown tree. I will attach initial 3 phases of that growth. The final deliverable from me will include 6 phases. I want to establish cooperation now with someone I feel confident will be able to provide what we want in perfect quality.
