Finish a Puppet in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Character Animator

Adobe Character Animator Project Character: JL Looking for someone with a professional level competency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Character Animator to finish a cartoon puppet with several functions and have it completely rigged in Adobe Character Animator. Puppet should be fully ready to use. You should be able to match and build upon the character designs provided. Ideally you are a passionate artist with the ability to deliver high-quality finished work. Looking for someone with a trained eye and technical skill, both in the software and artistically. Ideally be able to provide initiative in embellishing the provided character and completing the list of tasks written below. Preferably Indian with at least a basic knowledge of Dharma/Hinduism as this pertains to the character elements. Please have fully updated versions of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Character Animator at your disposal. If we’re impressed with your work we’ll be needing a second character finished soon after completion of this project and additional work in the future. Tasks to complete: -Front view standing, entire puppet (Provided). -Full range of hand gestures* -Walk Cycle -Profile view of standing character, entire puppet. -Walk Cycle, left and right -3/4 Head view, head only. -Seated cross-legged, front view (Provided). -Full range of hand gestures* *Hand Gestures -Broad range of common hand gestures (pointing - up, down, left, right, waving, counting to five, etc.). -Special hand gestures (‘namaskar’, basic ‘mudras’ - Gyan, etc. and ‘peace sign’, first). -Standing front and profile view ‘batman cape’ style on the coat (blowing in the wind), -key trigger cycle. -Hat tip forward with hand, -key trigger cycle. -Playing guitar, with key triggered different hand positions on guitar 
 -guitar roughly modelled after a Black Fender Stratocastor Electric Guitar, -Puppet holding microphone stand with guitar strapped around neck (not played). -Check standard Adobe Character Animator puppet functions -For example: mouth positions, eyebrows, etc. -Embellish provided character design, colouring, shading, dangling earrings and necklace etc. -Clean up and finish final drawings as needed. -Merge provided puppet poses into one PSD file as needed. -Set up characters in Adobe Character Animator, rigged and key triggers and effects etc. completed and ready for use. Several Character Drawings will be provided in Adobe Photoshop format. Please provide samples of your work in animation and/or character designs.
