Get Animated!

I have a project one I have been putting together for about 2 years now little by little it involves about 14 main characters and 14 side characters and then characters that I will create as I go along when it comes to explaining stuff within then this vast universe I am creating itself but I just want to start with the 14 main characters as I write backstories and things like that I would love to see them get animated (In still form like pictures of them) just one at a time and then when every character is complete id loved to see them animated all together (in like a cool group picture) I created a questionnaire for every character to explain what they look like I have everything down to measurements and even eye colour to things like their hair texture and much more its a big project for sure but I want to take my time I am looking for someone to work with long term to build a good relationship with someone I can trust as I begin to go about the project it will require someone who can put together music videos as well and create art for other things involving the characters as I role out my entire plan just think like the animated musical band Gorlliaz for a good example the project has a lot of things combined into one so its not just music or what one might think and I just don't want to get in over my head or ruin anything I have going on as I work to get all the stuff in my head out so just looking for someone who can work with me little by little when it comes to budget or whatever I understand this type of work is what it is and the craft that goes into art is nothing to be overlooked so no matter what price I set I am open to anything anyones offer i promise to get back as soon as I can and also please excuse any grammar punctuation errors.
