I have been working with the Arduino ,Raspberry Pi and with IoT from last 2 year. I have developed my own home automation system working on I2C protocol recently and I had developed other 2 type of home automation in past time which was bluetooth and wifi based home atuomation. I have been working on home automation through arduino for a while now. I have made an app in android which can control all the lights and the fans of the house. I have been using CC3000 wifi shield. with arduino mega. If you want I can attach some screen shoots and a video in which i show the app in work.
