Hi There,
I am Maulik from India. I am working as an embedded engineer in some firm over here and recently in my free time I have started working as an freelancer.
In my 3+ years of experience working in full firmware development of Bluetooth Low Energy based systems mostly based on CC254x(8051), nRF51(ARM cortex M0) and cypress semiconductor. Apart from this I have also worked upon HM-10 modules. To be specific I have ordered them from AliEpxress so they may not be 100% original but most of the commands are similar. I have also implemented a sample code of Arduino which allows to communicate two Arduino with each other via HM-10 connected with them.
TO SOLVE YOU PROBLEM:
- First I will double check that all hardware connections are well and there is no any problem at hardware level
- If hardware stuff is OK, then I will check that whether commands being sent from Arduino are reaching to HM-10 properly or not?
- We can achieve this by sending "AT" command to HM-10, in response to "AT" command we should be receiving "OK" message if "AT" command is being sent properly to HM-10
- If we are receiving "OK" command in respone and still it is not working properly then we should carefully check what command sequence is being sent to HM-10 in order to initialize it, there must be some mistake in the command sequence if everything else is good.
Additionally as you have asked yes, I have HM-10 and Arduino Nano both at my end.
Hoping for your positive response.
Regards,
Maulik
