Dear sir. I can make that project for you. Please, take in account, than Arduino itself have ADC precision about +/-10%, and measurement or the resistance will increase that error as it will add an additional error. For precise measurement you may need to use ADC module. Also, the size of RAM of Arduino Uno is enough small for this task, so using of Arduino Mega may be required (that depends on the whole task). In that case, the difference of the prices is small, but the size is slightly larger. Please, feel free to contact me in chat.
