Need Article writer with good quality work @ $1.5/600 words

Hi All, I want a good quality writer who can work on my project with following conditions. Do not apply if u do not agree. 1. Rate: $1.6 / 600 words 2. Work will be assigned one article at a time and new article will be given on submission of previous article 3. Each article will have to be submitted in max 2 hours. (time may change as per article length. This time is for 600 words 4. Payment will be done on weekly basis. (Payment is assured for approved articles. no payment for article rejected by my client. Will show approval/rejection proof). 5. Project will be awarded only after completion of at least 10 article. since many writers do not work seriously. Bid only if you are serious about work.
