The Project: I have an audio recording from a recent meeting that I need transcribed to text in order to write a white paper. It is from a forum of engineers describing challenges to young engineers as they transition from students to young professionals. The audio is 147 minutes long. The file may be downloaded from the following link for your review: [login to view URL] Background About the Project: We are conducting this forum by major world region to identify major challenges faced by young engineers in each region to draw generalizations such that we might provide suggestions to engineering organizations’ governing bodies for easing the transition from student to young professional. I'm attaching a white paper from a previous forum so you understand what the end product will look like as well as a document outlining the goals we are trying to accomplish by holding these forums. I will write the white paper, but having a written transcript of the audio file will save me time and assist me in doing so. Bids: Please provide bids in the form of a fixed price with time for completion. Milestones to be as follows: 1. Review audio file and discuss any concerns ($0) 2. Provide transcript of first 30 minutes for review (20%) 3. Provide transcript of 60 minutes for review (25%) 4. Provide transcript of 120 minutes for review (30%) 5. Provide final draft for review (20%) 6. Provide final transcript (10%) 7. Option for project extension (TBD)
