Development of Motor Claims Module in RPGLE for General Insurance Domain

Could you please share a high level function requirement document for a better, more accurate and reasonable sizing of the project. Once we get to know the ask, we'd revise our estimates to go up or down, depending upon our mutually agreed scope of the work. Note that we would need some time to understand the system as well. If you already have thought about the approach of the design and only thorough design plus coding/testing is required, the total turn around time could be a lot less. Our estimate of the work is about 10 to 15 hours of work plus 20% of support. Our usual ask for AS400 work is around 40 USD/Hr. We do not have direct experience in insurance domain but We've background of handling retail systems as well as in healthcare claim management (on the spot claim settlement for prescription drugs). We're sure that we'll be able to exceed your expectations with the expertise that we possess in RPGLE, CLLE, and AS400 system overall. Feel free to ask more before you decide for or against us. I would like to work on the project but prior to it I would like to know the requirement in detail. I don't have Insurance domain knowledge but I have good knowledge on AS400. Please also note , I have bid for amount 750 $ and 7 days but may increase or decrease based on the work. Over that years I worked on AS400 as a RPGLE programmer from legacy to free format with display files such as subfiles or just simple screen.
