At the moment, we have two issues regarding the Auto Pause config and Transfer Issue on a dynamic queue. 1) Auto Pause Issue: We already setting all autopaused config on asterisk like: wrapuptime=10 autopauseunavail=yes autopause=all autopausebusy=yes But none of them is working. This caused an agent who is busy/talking to another client, got distracted with another incoming call. When do command asterisk -r queue show, the agent status is in use, but keep receiving another incoming call. We already trying to pause it through AMI, but sometimes works some times not works. 2) Transfer call issue: When transferring a call to another agent, after the second agent answers the transfer, both agent status become "Idle" (Not In Use). The first agent already hangup the call, an the second agent is busy/talking to the call, but their status bot is "Idle" (Not In Use). This is also causing the double call issue on the agents. Note: we are using a dynamic queue, on static queue all works fine. Overview of our application architecture: Application API -> AMI & AGI <--> Asterisk. We develop our application using Java Spring Framework, and using Java-Asterisk 2.0.4. Login: When an agent login our web application they input username and extension that they will use, we use AMI to add the extension to dynamic queues. One agent can have multiple queues (we sure we already sent PauseAction to all his/her queues, but sometimes failed, sometimes works). For incoming call, when asterisk receive an incoming call, it will use [login to view URL] that we created to handle it. Nothing wrong with this. For pause action, we use AMI PauseAction.
