hi, I don't think there is any command like ;exten => _71.,2,Dial 80%, but what we can do is manipulate the dial plan to dial 80% calls with one trunk and %20 with other trunk for the same outbound route, it will first fill one trunk then the other etc, this 80 and 20 is an example it can be any combination 10%,10%,20%,10%,50% etc. kindly let me know if we can discuss the project in detail, regards,
