Phone system build, PBX, Twilio, SIP Trunking etc

Build phone system I am looking to set up sip trunking/pbx etc. I'm wondering if you are able to help me. I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject matter but i'll tell you what I have, and what I need. I have: - a VPS server with Centos 7 installed - a Twilio account with 2 numbers -number 1 is being forwarded directly from Twilio to my cell phone -number 2 is involving twilio, my VPS, and also my cpanel from my website server to send automated messages/emails and voice recordings to job applicants for outbound, and forwards calls to my cell for inbound -all texts come to my phone from both numbers but each text identifies the originating phone number. If I want to text back, I have to do it from my personal number I recently hired a virtual assistant and I wanted a different set up to suit my needs. Number 1: - the calls get forwarded to the VA between 8 am and 4 pm EST (to her laptop or a cell phone app and she can control where she gets the calls) - if not answered, call gets routed to a custom voicemail - Calls get routed to me at other times, and then go straight to voicemail after hours. Number 2: - calls get routed to a voice mail with options to get more information by pressing 1 or pressing 2 or 0 to talk to someone live. This needs to be routed to different people at different times and to a voicemail after hours. - The current process that sends automated texts/emails/voice notes needs to continue the way it is. For both numbers, I no longer want to text back from my personal cell number, or the VAs cell number, but from the number that was contacted in the first place. -I want all the calls to be recorded. -I want the voicemails to be routed to an email -I want to add a 3rd number to route directly to the VA and I want her to be able to make calls from it -I want the ability to add additional numbers and route them as I wish -I also want to explore the possibility add a call center type of set up for 1 or 2 reps if that's something that is already part of the software, but it's not a priority. -Another item on my wishlist is a dedicated fax number Please let me know what you can do and your quote
