HI, My name is Azeem, I have profound experience in Voip Setup and also good knowledge of SIP and H323 protocols of Voip. As i assume you need to broadcast SMS through SIP, to achieve that you need to get carrier that will entertain your message and through that you can broadcast message from SIP server which hits to carrier SMSC (short message center) which then further forward it to last mile operator.
