Milestones and Payment schedule: 5% upfront 20% When All floor plans are done 20% When all Elevations are done 15% When Roofing and site plans are done 20% When all interior detail is done 20% When City accepted your drawing and permit is issued. NOTE: I do not want to see your rendering project. Do not bombard me with your many projects. Not interested in your website either. Send me your just one similar project, the best project you have done. Otherwise I will not respond.
