This purpose of this project is to produce Drawing Lists and Drawing Sheets for a structure we have designed called an SDU (Secondary Dwelling Unit). The Drawing Lists and Drawing Sheets will be based on existing Revit (RVT) and AutoCAD (DWG) drawing files we have that detail this structure. These drawings are essentially complete with only minor corrections that need to be made. We have attached the Revit (RVT) and AutoCAD (DWG) files as part of this project.
The Drawing Sheets will be comprised of various 3D views, 2D views, elevations, floor plans, mechanical drawings, documentation, etc. We have designed a Title Block and various formats for the Drawing Sheets we want produced, along with a finalized ‘Cover Sheet’ for our project.
We will provide ‘BETA’ (a basic rudimentary preliminary) versions of the Drawing Sheets in PDF format, laid out in the fashion we want, with names, descriptions, ‘sketches’, placement information, etc. of of the various images we want on the final Drawing Sheets. We will add any written documentation required for the Drawing Sheets at a later time.
As of the posting of this project our ‘BETA List’ of Drawing Sheets is not yet complete, so we will add additional Drawing Sheets to the original list posted with this project. We anticipate about 50 Drawing Sheets will be ultimately be needed for this project.
In addition to the Drawing Sheets each 3D view, 2D view, floor plan, elevation, etc. must be saved in the Project Browser for each image created for a Drawing Sheet (there will often be multiple images for each Drawing Sheet). These various views, images, etc. will be named after the ‘Sheet Number’ and ‘Sheet Name’ noted on each sheet’s title block. We will label how each item in our ‘BETA’ version should be saved.
The final 3D and 2D views, images, etc. will need to be rendered in high quality and high resolution. It is not a requirement of this project, but it is a bonus if candidates have access to the ‘Cloud Rendering Service’ AutoDesk offers or a computer dedicated for rendering images. We have a dedicated server that can create render images if needed.
Please note these drawings currently only contain construction elements and do not contain any MEP (Mechanical, Electric, and Plumbing) infrastructure or components as those are being completed as part of a separate project.
Candidates bidding on this project must be proficient with AutoDesk Revit and should also have experience with AutoCAD (preferably AutoCAD Architecture). And as usual, we will typically not respond to the first bidders on a project. We have never liked the speedy, automated responses to our past projects because those candidates obviously did not take the time to review our project in order to become familiar with it and give us an informed, educated offer. We usually look at bids after a couple of days and only consider the bids from people that have actually reviewed our project and aren’t offering a ‘canned’ or ‘pre-planned’ automated response. So with that in mind, don’t rush, we prefer quality over speed.

Hi there. It's quite a long description you have here! Usually employers don't explain the job description in detail and with what you've done, you've basically answered quite a lot of possible questions I might have had.
From my understanding of the description, you require a Revit expert to convey all the drawings and sheets which have already been created in AutoCAD (with a few edits here and there).
Well as my bid ranking would probably suggest, I'm a Revit expert and I feel highly confident of being the right man to take on this project. It need A conformation to a particular BIM protocol and / or graphical convention ?
