Need to customize and upgrade it to the modern design template of Adforest and Android + IOS App. Require the following features: 1. Below its explained in detail: a.  Require a safe and simple chat application to initiate 1-1 private chat between buyers and sellers for a specific ad ONLY. b.  Visitors must register on website to initiate private chat with advertisers. c.  It must include options for users to share pictures, documents, meetup-point location, block/unblock option, chat settings, etc. d.  Admin should be able to monitor the chat conversations and block/unblock any user account if needed. e.  It must also allow admin to filter, track and block any sort of spam, phishing, inappropriate contents, spam advertisements, hack and all kind of security threats. 4.
