Professional Blog Commentor NEEDED.

I need a professional comment link builder to comment on PR4+ blogs. As a requirement, these blogs should not have more than 100 outbound links. I will check to see the outbound link count as well as the page quality. Rules: 1. You'll keep a basic excel (.xls) record of the a) submitted comment b) URL where you submitted it and c) date of submission 2. I will review all links before releasing payment 3.
