SUrvivor of incompetence?

I think I have a story of survival that needs to be told. I lost my first wife in 1985 to a bizarre murder and the killer was executed in 2003---I witnessed the execution. There was a police force that was found negligent in that case. Not even two years later, my precious son (then 8 years old) was diagnosed with an very rare (5,000 people in the USA) incurable debilitating genetic disease that robbed him of his ability to walk or feed himself. He had many many scares including 4-5 emergency trips by helicopter to CHildren's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He was in a come once there, he was on life support once for 8-9 days, and he had many many scares where CHOP called him their cat as he beat the odds many times. It was horrifying and very scary----Over a 8 year period, I probably spent 300 nights sleeping bedside in CHOP's Cardiac Care UNit ----DUring all of this I wnet through a vicious divorce with a very vindictive woman who, in fairness to her, could not deal with my son's prognosis. I lost a very very big job as my long time employer where I was the CFO was bought out by a PE firm and the CEO was fired, and I was as well 8 months later....Then my son was killed by a hospital ER who, depsite him being sent there for breathing issues via ambulance by his LTC hospital where he had lived for 8 years, NO DOCTOR even said hello for 2 1/2 hours despite his mom and I screaming for help.....My son was begging for help as well...but everything promised NEVER happened and my son died of asphyxiation. We have hired counsel and are suing the hospital for Patient Neglect as well as his LTC facility where unknown to us, the medical director changed the emergency plan for my son which ended up ordering an unequipped ambulance and him being taken to the wrong hospital. As my son's mom and I were screaming for help in the ER, a security officer wrongly removed us both from the room and talked to us like dogs. It was just a very preventable tragedy but i can o longer visit my amazing son who I did visit every single day for the last many years...I am incrdeibly angry and confused. My first wife was killed partly due to an incompetent police department who are supposed to protect but sure did not protect her and a worse incompetent hospital(s) who are supposed to protect my son but instead killed him
