Hola, soy Juan Pablo de Argentina y soy arquitecto recibido hace 7 años. Me dedico a realizar trabajos en 3D y animación de videos de proyectos de arquitectura y animación en general. Para este proyecto en particular puedo realizar los renders con el programa "Lumion", ya que posee un motor de renderizado mas rápido que otros programas y tiene mas realismo, sobre todo en las texturas de los materiales que se utilicen. La cantidad de renders que les enviaría serian entre 10 y 12 dependiendo cuantos me soliciten. Los mismos serian de día y de noche y captando los mejores ángulos del proyecto para sacar el mejor provecho del mismo. Estarían equipados con mobiliario urbano de acuerdo a lo solicitados, vegetación natural, personas, etc.
