Write a business plan (UK)

I'm looking for someone to write me a business plan for a local community centre in the UK. I'm going to use the business plan to apply for funding at various trusts and local councils. I also want them to help me with market research. Preferably I want someone thats UK based but I'll still consider others and experience is vital
