13772 Java Applet for Mobile Phone

I need a java applet that can run on any mobile phone. The applet will be a simple GUI that contains 2 input fields and a search button. The user enters field 1 and fields 2 and then clicks on the Search button. This will cause the mobile phone to send a text message with the 2 fields entered to a hardcoded number. The text will be sent from the phone. The GUI will resize itself to fit the mobile phone screen.
