Build a very basic vehicle using the Tiva Launchpad (TM4C123G)

This project involves developing and creating a basic drive-able robot with the following functions. I want to be able to input characters into a terminal program such as tera term and be able to control 2 servos that act as wheels. Eg w moves forward..etc.. In addition I want to use an ultrasonic sensor at the front of the robot that turns an on board led on the tiva when it detects an object within a certain range. Finally I want to be able to control the robot from my phone instead of tera term. So that when i press a button on my phone the robot moves forward etc... I have access to components that will allow me to test your code however it would be preferable if you already have your own tiva and some servos so you can test the code yourself. Im not to worried if you dont have smaller components like an ultrasonic sensor but people who own the TM4C123G will be looked on favourably. I need to be able to use your code with Keil uvision5 and the code layout must be similar to the code seen in this more advance project [login to view URL] Please note the example code at the bottom of the page. This is how the code must be written within uvision, using registers and without library's. If you cant code like this please do not make an offer. I would prefer payment be grouped into separate sections as each minor component of code is accomplished. This way i can test your code and pay you as each section is completed.
