Create A Web Based Bot

I can make a standalone desktop application that will run on a windows operating system. The program will search your given keyword from a list of different proxies and user-agents and clear cookies automatically for you. The program will also be multi threaded therefore it will be extremely fast. I have 8 years experience developing automated automated bots similar to this, and created many google bots. However google does block a list of proxies, so you will need some decent proxies in order to acheive this. I can develop this within 5 hours or less.
