OpenGl C - computer graphic

Hi, it looks like fun thing. Still can you tell me (or maybe show) what quality expect (like will water be just simple textured polygon that moves in some simple wave patter, or you need indeed reflection refraction and similar cool effects with shaders... maybe a drawing how ou expect the game to look like and be controlled will be also good :) thanks
