Dear freelancers I need to read meter data and save to database using c#. Meter is connecting with factory software over rs485. factory software : METERCAT 3.2 connection protocol: ANSI C12.21 you can find register table from : [login to view URL] you can test your app by teamviewer and able to use portmonitor. also i have a ansi c1221 paper. so My project is ELECTRICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and I have not time to do this piece. thanks

Hi! I have already done some similar projects. One of my software had to communicate with a blood analyser (ABL) via RS485 serial line. It had to get and store measured data in a database. As you can see this is my first freelancer project, that is why I can give you low bid. I develop medical and other measuring instrument for more than 10 years in C#.
