Application like Folder Lock [Mini Project]

I am developing the php application running with [login to view URL] Client required offline application his OS is vista/7/10 And after that I will copy it to client PC. It is free product for community but I want to protect my php code. So others cannot copy/read/modify my PHP Source Code. Right now I have Source code of Browser in .Net with help of that I can Run my Application by setting default Path of localhost/project_folder. my requirement is that I want that particular folder of PHP Source Code must be Protected with password. While accessing that Application through Brower it must run without password but if anyone is try to open that PHP Source Code from xamp/htaccess/project_folder, it must ask PASSWORD. My Budget is INR 1,000/- [Thousand Indian Rupees only] I need Full Source Code. Please Don't Ping me If it is not Possible you to make it in 1000 INR, Actually its a mini project.
