Azure Function to Create O365 Group via MS Flow

Hi Sir/Madam, I have been working on office 365 technologies for 7 years. I have experience about sharepoint, flow, powerapps and PowerBI. I have worked on flow many times. I have made an integration VSTS to Project Online and VSTS to Sharepoint List/Library. How do you think to trigger the group creation? Would you like to trigger creation process when you add an item into sharepoint list or another event?

I have and exp in Azure and Ms Flow , I have created the Office 365 Groups using the Azure Functions through Powershell and as well using MS Flow.
