Build a small application (.net Core, MVC)

We need to develop small application which has the following functionalities: 1- Application will be in mvc framework 2- We will have models which has properties with attributes. 3- We need to have small toolbox which has all of the properties as objects in tree view for example: - Class 1 - Property 1 - Property 2 - Class 2 - Property 1 - Property 2 - Property 3 - Class 3 - Property 1 - Property 2 - Property 3 - Property 4 4- We need all pages to be splited to two sections toolbox (1) and workspace (2) 5- In the second section which is workspace (2) it will be splited to tow areas design (2A) and view (2B) 6- And now we are going to drag any property from the toolbox (1) and drop it in workspace (2) and in the workspace (2) we can see it in the design (2A) area as razor code for example: @ [login to view URL] (x => [login to view URL]) 7- when we switch to view (2B) area we should see the previous code is rendered in client side same behavior of "CKEditor" 8- Work in workspace (2) should be in client side only we should not use any C # code (render, drag & drop, switch between view and design..etc) For the detailed information along with wireframes please find the attachments , Kindly submit your initial proposal by the money and the required time to complete the task
