DEV environment needed

I have the source code and binary dll files. Need a DEV environment build to test/write new code C+/VB/ASP for our production site. I'll provide the tools and the VPS_DEV server. Need guidance on what you will need for setup/testing/compile the code, make sure it runs. De-associate bindings from TFS from a previous handler. Project will be considered finished once the code is compiled and running without any issues. Second the code must mirror the current prod environment ( can be accessed through the cpanel). Fast turn-around desired. Attached are some of the errors that will encounter. Be prepared to resolve. Regards,
