I need a simple Python XOR script (XORTOOL) converted to a C# solution

Hello! I need a simple python script called XORTOOL converted to a C# solution. The solution must be able to open in Visual Studios, compile, and run exactly the same as the XORTOOL Python script. The script itself is quite small. All it does is takes a file or string that was XOR'ed and finds the best key to XOR the file or string with to get the original bytes or string. The resulting solution does not need to be exact, as long as it does the exact same that the python script does. For example, there are smaller scripts by the XORTOOL script that has custom functions for reading and writing files.
