Optimize Telerik WPF project loading time

Honestly, I don't have much experience with Telerik or DevExpress; however, I've had much experience in WPF and multi-threaded programming, thus, I understand how threading works and when/how to run the operation on UI thread and how/when to run the operation on a parallel thread.
