Dear sir, for smoothly as the video you provided. I will using double buffer for window which render the shapes. This technical provide two memory buffer for rendering window content. One for showing to the screen and one for preparing (call background). You draw shapes or anything else in the background then switch to view on the screen after complete. it will make smoothly render as you want. Thank for your attention.
