tradingview pinescript quite simple indicator

Hello, I need an indicator for tradigview, these are the details: in current chart timeframe, if on the 2 higher timeframes ema(9) is above (ema18) color the background green. if on 2 higher timeframes ema(9)is below ema(18) color the background red so if I am on 1 hr candles, and if on 4hr ema9 is above ame18, and on the 1 day timeframe ema9 is above ema 18, color the background of this candle green. for the opposite, its inverse: on current timeframe (ie 1hr). if ema9(4hr candles) is below ema18(4hr candles) and if ema9(1day candles) is below ema18(4hr candles), then color the background of the candle red. ideally in the settings I can select what timeframes the emas settings should be applied to ,although emas I consider is always ema9 and ema18 sorry if its confusing I can provide more details. :) thx
