Programs for Community Radio

I am looking for radio programs for a community radio. Programs can be of two types - 1. Song based program - Collection of song based on some theme. Duration 1 hour. 2. Content based program - 30 min programs based on social issues - women empowerment, child education, girls education, health, agriculture etc. Songs can be used but not more than 10 minutes. All programs should be provided in high quality mp3. Will need 30 programs in a month. Rate quoted is for 30 programs. Will need 5-10 min clip to judge voice quality.
