What is Sminq? Sminq is on the mission to help the world know what is “Live Now” in places around the world. Sminq is a community of people that share real-time information about the “places”, such as various events happening at airports, monuments, retail shops, restaurants, Banks, ATM, Pubs and college events, etc. Position Description Are you a journalism or communications graduate / under graduate student interested in using your skills to support the creation of vibrant, healthy communities? Sminq World’s places live, is recruiting journalism interns to cover Live updates of each part of the city. This position is a great opportunity to produce external communications and work on the ground on making the places Live on the brand by contributing for building a robust community. The city is full of multiple happenings, and many of them are not always reported upon by the mainstream media or neither are they available on any portal. We hope to uncover Live information of the city happenings on neighbourhood news and various events information to better inform the locals to “Sminq” before they step out.
